Tasting is first the pleasure of the eyes, with the thick and slow legs on the side of the glass, the glistening colors of brown and ochre. Then comes the nose, which gives way to the finest and most complex aromas. Sipped slowly, this fine armagnac, rich but not overly powerful will give you a sense of balance, roundness and strength.

After nearly 20 years we've once again convinced Baron Eric de Rothschild to send us a small shipment from Chateau Lafite Rothschild's private stocks of these incredible Cognacs and Armagnacs! These very old reserves come from a careful selection done by the Lafite tasting team decades ago! They are extraordinary!
